School and Classroom

Just finish a class.

I have to say, I have make much progress.

BUT, the class sucks!!!

可能最大的得著是，上堂，原來主角真的不是老師。

 主角從來都是自己！

 我都算不清究竟上過多少很差很差老師的堂了…

 但事後回想，如果頂得過去

 最後自己的功力，無一例外地，都比以前高了。

當然，如果遇著一個良師，所得是非常利害的

一天，可以等如一年。

 但好的老師是例外，不好／不大好的，才是常態。

The teacher really is not teaching much and he love to talk about his personal stuff.

He is a good artist, but not necessarily a good teacher. 

He teach by example, I guess

對不起，老師你真的是個不會教書的人

 你只是講自己的事情，你的起伏，你的擔憂

 對不起，但課堂並不是你心理學家的貴妃床

 來了這裡，你的角色是要教導學生

 主角，該是坐在房間內的學生而不是你

從另一個角度看，如果你能夠暫且忙記你的事情

 把心放在學生身上，或許你也可以在教學中得到

一點什麼呢!

I think people do not know what a teacher supposed to be anymore.

1) The cheer leader (the person who give the student the confidence to face the world)

2) The motivator (find out how to encourage a student to move forward...and say the things that helps)

3) The last one...is the transmission of knowledge.

This teacher fail in all account.

BUT, nevertheless... every time I went through a bad class, I still make much progress.

So...

The value of the class seems to be...just to keep you focus on the things that you want to do.

Oh, if I am lucky, I may have a good class. But if not...still, showing up is the KEY!!!
